Website FAQ

Our free website offer seems to generate more questions than any other feature of our service. A good website should reflect the character of the client. Consequently, the development process requires a cooperative effort to ensure the finished product effectively compliments your personal and professional image. It's not a complicated process but generally you'll get out of it what you put into it. We'd like to be able to answer all your questions up front, but the reality is there are just too many variables. We would recommend you make your decision to join the network based on the potential of our lead generating service, and view the website offer as a great freebie. None-the-less, we'll try to answer a few frequently asked questions.

What's a multi-layer, personalized website? Good question.... We really try not to define limits and generally attempt to develop what's required to satisfy the client. We've posted a few samples intended to give you an idea of what to expect, but nothing is locked in concrete. One of the luxuries of success is we're confident in our abilities. Don't try to take advantage of a great deal, and we'll meet and exceed your expectations.

Do you have a standard NRN website? Not really.... every website is unique. Our website philosophy stresses speed and aesthetics. We generally like to start with an informative opening page linked to a sampling of listings, bio info, information requests, and other links as desired. We believe the website should serve not only as an internet calling card and marketing tool, but also encourage and offer viewers multiple opportunities to initiate contact with you.

Can you send me a listing of sites you've done? Sorry... we tried that but it seemed to generate more problems than it was worth. We have 1000+ sites on the web and they all have our logo at the bottom; look for it and you'll probably find it.

Can I have a searchable database that includes all my companies listings? No. If you want we can link to an existing database, but we find a few sample listings equally effective and far easier to maintain.

What's the approximate timeline for my website completion? Within a couple days we'll post a basic website to establish a dedicated internet address NRN can link to and register. The basic site will be little more than name, logo, and methods of contact. Generally within 10 days of receipt of your materials, we'll have an expanded test site posted for your review and comment. The feedback continues until your comfortable with the site at which time we'll post it at your dedicated address. The slowest part of the process is generally getting feedback from the client. Often we can have your website up and operating inside of three weeks.

How will you get the information needed for my website? Our preference is email because it's fast, reliable, and computer ready. Bottom line is we'll accept it anyway you get it to us. We can work with any photo format. Initially, it's usually easiest if you just mail us a packet of misc. marketing materials, brochures, bios, pics, local real estate magazine covers, and a half dozen or so listings. If you have some specific ideas or want to sketch out a format, include it. After that we'll attempt to work via the net. Don't expect many phone calls, they're expensive and time consuming.

What will be my internet address? Something similar to: http://www.webrelo.com/contact/yourchoice

Can I or someone else create or update my website? Sure, be our guest. Give us permission to post your work and we'd be happy to host it... less work for us.
